 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Data set contains the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Gulf of Mexico Region (GOMR) Offshore Inspection District Boundaries.The District boundaries are not clipped to the OCS Planning Area boundaries, therefore, the features extend beyond the OCS Planning Area.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Official Protraction Diagrams and other cadastre information the BOEM produces are generated in accordance with 30 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 550.4 Subpart D, (formerly Part 556.8 Subpart A (2015)) to support Federal land ownership and mineral resource management.
