The 'coal_thick' and 'coal_top' category items for each public data point may not match values represented in the 'coal thickness' and 'top of coal structure' polygon data layers in the arcview project. The polygon data layers resulted from gridding which averages point values within cells and may not represent values present in the public point data.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>

State Geological Surveys and USGS scientists since its inception
in the middle 1970's through state cooperative programs. The data
for the North-Zone 5 coal bed was used with the permission and through
the cooperation of coal geologists (primary contacts listed) at the
State of Texas Bureau of Economic Geology and the State of Texas
Railroad Commission
